Buenos Aires, Argentina

Buenos Aires is the dynamic metropolis of Argentina. The city offers a charming combination of European tradition and Latin flair. Often called the "Paris of South America" for its wide boulevards and active sidewalk café life, Buenos Aires is one of the world's most vibrant cities; it is also the birthplace of the tango.

Please Note: If you are a non-US passport holder and are considering applying to Buenos Aires, you are required to contact the International Programs Office prior to the submission of your application.

Discover Buenos Aires: An Unforgettable International Consulting Experience!

Get ready to take your leadership, business, and cultural skills to the next level! In Buenos Aires, we’re bringing the same dynamic, hands-on consulting model we use in the U.S. — adapted to the rich and vibrant Argentine context. Depending on enrollment, students will form 1–2 consulting teams, partnering directly with local nonprofits and NGOs.

You’ll kick off your experience with a deep dive into Argentina’s nonprofit landscape, exploring local challenges and opportunities. Through guest speakers, community engagement, site visits, and hands-on workshops, you’ll build a powerful understanding of how social impact happens on the ground. Pepperdine already has strong connections with impactful organizations like Adulam and La Casita de Los Niños. In fact, our team has previously led board development and research projects with these amazing groups—now it's your turn to make a difference!

Each team will tackle a real-world business challenge — such as Volunteer Recruitment, Board Development, or Social Media Strategy — conducting research, interviews, and strategic analysis to deliver meaningful recommendations that help these organizations grow and thrive. Along the way, you’ll gain priceless consulting experience, deepen your global leadership skills, improve your Spanish, and create lasting change in the community.

Make an impact. Grow your skills. See the world.
Join us in Buenos Aires!
